Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using chisto ("the App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

chisto is a personal home cleaning tracker. The App allows you to: - Track cleaning sessions with duration and activity types - Monitor cleaning habits with streaks and statistics - Record workouts to Apple Health during cleaning sessions - Set reminders for your cleaning schedule

3. Not Medical Advice

The App records physical activity data during cleaning sessions, including calories burned and heart rate. This information is intended for general fitness tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health-related decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: - The accuracy of the data you enter into the App - Using the App in compliance with applicable laws - Maintaining the security of your device

5. HealthKit Integration

The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to record workout sessions and heart rate during cleaning. Active calories shown by the App and saved to Apple Health are estimates based on selected cleaning types, active duration, and your chosen weight. You may enter weight manually, explicitly choose to read the latest available Body Mass sample from Apple Health, or skip setup and use a generic 70 kg reference. These calculations are not measurements of your actual energy expenditure. Each new session keeps its recorded weight input even if your weight changes later. Older sessions without a stored input use the generic reference. During a live session, the App shows a provisional average intensity that is recalculated when you select cleaning activities. For a manually entered cleaning session, the App can save the estimate as user-entered active energy only after you explicitly choose to do so. Entering weight in chisto does not write weight to Apple Health. You can revoke HealthKit permissions through your device's Settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes based on information provided by the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Your right to use the App terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
