Terms of Use

These terms apply when you install or use QRoo on an Apple or Android device.
1. Agreement
By installing or using QRoo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of QRoo
You may use QRoo for personal or internal business purposes. You must comply with applicable laws and must not use QRoo to create, store, or share illegal, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
3. Your content
You remain responsible for QR codes and other content you create, scan, store, open, add to a Wallet, import, export, or share. QRoo does not verify that a QR code destination is accurate, available, or safe. Review links and other content before opening or sharing them.
4. Permissions and third-party services
QRoo requests camera, image, file, or notification access only when the related feature needs it. You can change permissions in device settings.
Optional features may use Apple iCloud, Apple Wallet, Google Drive, Google Wallet, Google Play Integrity, Fly.io, or other platform services. Your use of those services is also subject to the provider's terms and policies.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Some features require a compatible device, operating system, network connection, platform account, or third-party service and may not always be available.
6. No guarantees
QRoo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that every QR code will scan, that every destination is safe or available, or that QRoo will always operate without interruption or error.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss resulting from QR code content, third-party destinations, Wallet services, backups, or sync services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how QRoo handles data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when QRoo or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
