These Terms govern your use of Activity Plus.
1. Acceptance
By using Activity Plus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. App Purpose
Activity Plus helps you view activity data, set goals, review workouts, track awards, receive reminders, and customize the app experience. Activity Plus is for personal, informational, and fitness tracking use only.
3. Health Notice
Activity Plus is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or concerns about physical activity. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to use Activity Plus lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for your device, Apple Health permissions, app settings, goals, and any decisions you make based on information shown in the app.
5. Apple Health
Activity Plus can read and write Apple Health data only with your permission. You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings or the Health app. If permissions are disabled, some features may not work.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, trial availability, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple and your App Store account settings. Deleting Activity Plus does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
7. Intellectual Property
Activity Plus, including its design, software, icons, text, features, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the app only for your personal, non-commercial use.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, misuse support channels, attempt to access data without permission, or use Activity Plus in a way that violates law or harms others.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We work to keep Activity Plus reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Disclaimer
Activity Plus is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific fitness, health, workout, or activity results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from your use of or inability to use Activity Plus.
